Who do I get these people to talk to?

Wouldn't you love to tell them they are full of sh**? Some people just like to complain. When an employee or a customer brings me a problem I turn it around and ask them what I should do to remedy it. The ol' don't give me problems - give me solutions - trick. What are they going to say? They seem to manage to get their checks cashed on the banks schedule, they should be able to think of a way to get their questions answered on the banks schedule. Keep smiling.
