What's the Fastest Mother's Day Present you've ever made?

My mum was supposed to leave on vacation on Friday, then Saturday, then today and is still here so I need a present for her and a present fast. I can draw very well and I am fairly crafty but this is all played out already. I mean I gave her a scarf for her birthday last month and a painting some years ago and if she is taking off then what would she do with that sort of thing anyway? What to do?
