Wedding dress Length Alteration cost- picture included?

Chances are it would be cheaper to have another pick-up or two added to the dress rather than permanently altering it. I have literally the same exact dress from another company and that is what they did for mine. I am only 4'10" tall and the dress fit like a glove other than the length.
