I'm gonna be Michael Jackson for Halloween...?

The Motown 25 Billie Jean costume, except I wanna make it into a zombie too. Kinda cross between Thriller, haha. Anyway, I need to sew the sequins onto the glove, jacket, shirt and socks, but its too hard :( Is there an easier way to do it? And can someone recomend makeup for a zombie face, like MJ out of the Thriller video?
