Where can i go to get tested free for full blown STD's?

does anyone know where i can get tested for full blown STD's? i mean where they can test me for every STD out there. i want to know my status and if i do have any STD to get it treated cuz i heard if some are left untreated it could get serious. do hospitals test for STD's? also where can i go to test for them free????
