Should I keep my double major?

I am currently a double major in both biology and education. After I graduate I am hoping to find a job as a science teacher. I am in my last year and this summer I am taking organic chemistry I & ecology this month and organic II and & physics II next month. I am not good at organic and I am stressing out that I won't do well in the cl and it will hurt my gpa. Organic and physics are not required for my education degree so is being a double major worth the trouble? Do you think that I will have a better chance at finding a job as a teacher with the double major?
