Brown the chicken in olive oil..then take it out. If the peppers aren't sauteed, then saute them and some onions (and garlic).... Mix the tomato stuff and put it in with the peppers with some rosemary & oregano. Let it simmer for about 15 min; put the browned chicken in; cover and simmer another 45 min. Serve it over the pasta...... I did this last week. You might need to reduce the sauce when it's done cooking; or thicken it a little. Depends how much liquid you have there:)
