I figured out i love someone who hates me...?

so i dated this kid for 8 months. then ranomly out of nowhere he broke up with me, saying he still liked me but needed to be alone. he then proceeded to tell me im a and turing into my slutty sister. then told me he still likes me, then told me he hates me. we havent talked in 5 months and ive started recently paying more attention to him in cl. and im pretty sure i still like him, or am still atractted to him...what should i do he hates me im pretty sure and i cant get him outta my head.
