Is this saying in French correct?

Hobo does not exist in French, and it is not a synonym for vagabond, bohemian, or homeless. It means a migrant or traveling worker, derived from "ho, boy," a workers' call on late 19c. western U.S. railroads. I think the chances that you are living the hobo life are exceedingly slim.
