How can a woman decide to preach the gospel after reading these verses 1corinthians 14:34-35 ?

that was their culture back then dude. doesn't apply today. i've seen women preachers and they are as good as men. i can't imagine God would only want men to spread the word. just doesn't seem right. whoever has the knowledge, love of God and will power, should preach
