Raw meat diet...............?

im switchin my golden retriever (shes 80 lbs) onto a raw meat diet or at least a partial raw meat diet and i wanted to feed her like half her normal dog food tonight (she usually has a cup and a 1/2) and some of the meat i bought her. I bought her a pound of smoked fully cooked boneless pork shoulder . how would i go about feeding her this and should i do half dog food half meat tonight or just all meat?
