I'm 13 and my home is so messy!! I MEAN SO MESSY!!?

Well this is my story. Our oh so called home is so UNTIDY!! I MEAN SO UNTIDY!! The color of our toilet bowl is color yellow!! Our laundry is tered everywhere!! Used plates not cleaned!! Smells like **** in the kitchen!! Then boogers beside my bed!! Dust everywhere!! We haven't cleaned our home for about 2yrs?? If we are cleaning we're just cleaning the use plates, washing the laundries and then cleaning the house but not precisely cleaning the house if you know what I mean?? My parents are like super untidy.. Theyre like pigs!! I just want to know ur reacts!!
