How can I reconnect my cable tv?

I am moving from my apartment in about a week and I disconnected my cable service early because I thought the cable company would take a few days to turn it off. But to my dismay they turned it off the same day. Is there any way to "Temporarily" reconnect it? I checked the box on the side of the building but it's an absolute mess is there and I can't figure it out. Is there anywhere I can find a diagram?
