Health Care behind closed doors, is this not tyranny?

Forcing citizens to purchase a specific product (government provided or approved health insurance) is clearly unconstitutional, and the Dems are intelligent enough to be aware of that. Nevertheless they continue on their merry way saying, "to hell with the Constitution and to hell with what the citizens want, our party objectives are more important."
